Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a 24 hour notice is required. If a 24 hour notice is not given, you will be charged the full amount for the time and/or type of appointment that you had scheduled. It is recommended that you call rather than email to cancel or reschedule your appointment if it is close to the 24 hour notice window.

No-shows

If you miss your appointment, and do not call to cancel with at least 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full amount for the length and/or type of appointment that was scheduled.

Late Arrivals

The "clock" starts at the time your appointment was scheduled to begin, not at the time you arrive. If you arrive late, your appointment will still end at the original time scheduled, and you will be responsible for the full amount that was originally scheduled. For example, if your appointment was scheduled from 2:00 - 3:00 pm, and you arrive at 2:10, the appointment will still end at 3:00 pm, and you will be responsible for paying for the full hour. If you would like to extend the length of your appointment in this case to 1 hour and 10 min in order to get a full hour and Alexandra has time to do so, you will have to pay for the extra time in addition the hour that was originally scheduled.

Please note: if you arrive early you do not get "extra" free time. If we start your session early, it will still be for the original amount of time that was scheduled.

Emergencies

Alexandra recognizes that sometimes emergencies do happen, and is willing to consider these on a case by case basis at her sole discretion.
