They use a variety of instruments including drums, flutes, didgeridoos, gongs, tongue drums, singing bowls, guitar, handpan, all kinds of shakers, and of course, their voices, to create their magic.
Sacred Visions is the husband and wife team of Alexandra Windsong and Brandon Barnard. Music and drumming brought them together -- they met at a drum circle -- and together they now facilitate retreats, workshops and other sound and rhythm events.
These retreats are the manifestation of their shared vision -- to create a safe, sacred space for creative self-expression, healing, and transformation, to empower individuals to express themselves freely - freeing their minds, their bodies, their hearts and their voices using the transformative healing power of energy, sound and vibration.
Alexandra and Brandon also offer private sound and energy healing sessions.
A gifted healer with over 27 years experience, she maintains a private healing practice as an energy worker, intuitive, and flower essence practitioner near Keedysville, MD. For more information about Alexandra click here.
Brandon believes that music and drumming can be a vehicle for positive release and creative expression, and he brings a sense of joy and fun to everything he does. His favorite instruments for meditation and vibrational healing are the didgeridoo, and handpan.
He founded and facilitated the Creative Sound Circle at The Owl's Nest in Frederick, MD for over five years. And he was one of the co-founders of the weekly drum circle that continues to this day during the spring, summer and fall at Baker Park in Frederick, MD.
