Will I be able to do this?
Absolutely! This retreat is for people of all experience levels, including beginners. We mean it when we say no experience necessary. No special skills or experience necessary.
What about meals and lodging?
Lodging is included (more info here).
Most meals are potluck or on your own

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Is the site handicap accessible?
Yes. There is a ramp to the front entrance as well as a ground level entrance to the basement level. If you have mobility issues, please let us know when you register, or contact us if you would like to discuss this further prior to registering.
Can I attend if I am under 18?
You must be 18 years or older to attend.
What if I don't want to share a room?
You may stay off-site at another location (at your cost), Please note: there is no discount for staying off site.
May I bring my pet(s)?
Sorry, pets are not permitted.

You don't have to do anything you don't want to. This is your retreat. Relax, enjoy yourself. Participate in what calls to you, rest when you need to, and have fun.
Can I bring my own instrument(s)?
Absolutely! Yes. All types of percussion instruments are welcome, as well as flutes, didgeridoos, singing bowls, and other acoustic instruments. No electrified or amplified instruments please.
What if I don't have an instrument to bring?
No worries. We always have plenty of instruments to share if you want to play an instrument.
